There have been times on my journey where I have had to stop to ask for directions. The great thing about my journey is that I haven't planned my final destination. I am on this journey to observe the landscape around me, meet new people and gain experiences along the way.
I am not alone on this journey, I have great companions with me in the v8media vehicle.
What I am trying to say, especially to those who are new to the role of Managing Director, is that you need time to stop and reflect, you need to ask for help and guidance at times and you need to embrace and map out your role.
